Ordering
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No. You may check out as a guest. Creating an account allows you to track orders, view order history, and manage your shipping information.
Can I modify or cancel my order after placing it?
Orders may be modified or cancelled if they have not yet been processed for shipment. Because many orders are processed quickly,
changes may not always be possible. If your order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and must follow the return process.

Does Abecta House offer free shipping?
Yes. Abecta House offers free standard shipping on most orders shipped within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

How long does Abecta House shipping take?
Most in-stock products ship within 1–3 business days after the order is placed. Delivery typically takes an additional
3–7 business days depending on the destination and carrier. Estimated delivery times are provided during checkout whenever available.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to the email address used during checkout.
Where do Abecta House products ship from?
Products ship from supplier warehouses and distribution centers located throughout the United States. Orders are typically shipped
from the location closest to the delivery destination when possible.
Returns & Refunds
What is the Abecta House return policy?
Most eligible products may be returned within the return window specified in our
Returns & Cancellations Policy. Items must be unused, in original packaging,
and returned according to the instructions provided by customer support. Some products, including special-order or final-sale items,
may not be eligible for return.
How do I start a return?

When will I receive my refund?
