Free Shipping
Abecta® House offers free standard ground shipping on all orders shipped within the
contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not currently ship to
Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed during normal business days. Most in-stock items ship within
1 to 5 business days from our warehouse or supplier partner locations.
If an item has an extended processing time, that information will be clearly noted on the product
page at the time of purchase.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.
Once an order has been processed and a tracking number has been issued, cancellation or
modification may no longer be possible. Please refer to our
Returns & Cancellations policy for details.
Shipping Transit Time
Orders are shipped via reputable ground carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
Standard ground delivery typically takes 1 to 7 business days after shipment,
depending on your location.
Transit times are estimates. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service levels,
weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking
information. Tracking activity may not appear immediately after shipment. In some cases, carriers
may take time to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates in their system.
Most small-parcel shipments do not require a signature and may be left at the delivery address at
the carrier’s discretion. In certain situations—such as high-risk delivery areas—the carrier may
require a signature or leave a delivery notice instead.
Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, customers should promptly inspect the
delivery location and contact us if there are any concerns regarding receipt of the package.
Delivery Issues & Damaged Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has
missing parts, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
Damage that is not immediately visible must be reported within a reasonable time after delivery,
generally within 48 hours of discovery.
Please retain all original packaging and provide clear photos of the item and packaging, as this
information is often required to process shipping or damage claims with carriers or suppliers.
Each situation is reviewed individually, and our goal is to resolve legitimate issues fairly and
efficiently. Approved claims may result in a replacement or
refund, depending on the circumstances.
Delivery Refusal
Please do not refuse damaged shipments unless instructed by our customer support team. Refused
shipments may delay resolution of damage claims and replacement processing.
