Order Tracking

Looking for your tracking number? Tracking details are emailed once your order ships. If you have not received a shipping confirmation yet, your order is likely still being prepared for shipment.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and carrier information. You can use the tracking link in that email to follow your shipment directly with the carrier.

Tracking links in the shipping confirmation email provide the most up-to-date shipment status directly from the carrier.

Please note that tracking details are sent only after an order has shipped. If your order is still being processed, tracking information may not yet be available.

Where to Find Your Tracking Information

Tracking information is typically available in the following places:

  • Your shipping confirmation email
  • Your order confirmation page, if tracking has already been assigned
  • Your Abecta House account order history, if you placed your order while logged in

Carriers We May Use

Abecta House orders may ship via major carriers such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS, depending on the item, shipping destination, and the delivery method most appropriate for the order.

The carrier name and tracking information will always be included in your shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped.

Understanding Tracking Updates

After your order ships, tracking activity may not appear immediately. In some cases, it can take time for the carrier to scan the package and begin displaying tracking updates in their system.

If your tracking number does not show movement right away, this usually means the package has been prepared for shipment and is awaiting its first carrier scan. Tracking updates will appear once the carrier processes the package within their network.

Tracking updates may sometimes appear after the package has already begun moving through the carrier's network.

Tracking activity reflects scans recorded by the carrier as the package moves through its delivery network. Tracking updates do not necessarily indicate a change in the expected delivery timeframe.

Common tracking statuses may include:

  • Label Created – Shipment information has been submitted to the carrier
  • In Transit – Your package is on the way
  • Out for Delivery – Your package is scheduled for delivery that day
  • Delivered – The carrier has marked the package as delivered

Orders With Multiple Items

Some Abecta House orders may ship in separate packages. This can happen when items are fulfilled from different suppliers or warehouse locations.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive separate tracking numbers for different items.

If Your Tracking Has Not Updated

If your tracking number shows little or no movement after shipment confirmation, please allow additional time for carrier updates. In some cases, tracking scans may be delayed.

If there has been no tracking update for an extended period after shipment confirmation (generally 48 hours or more), please contact us so we can review the shipment and assist if needed.

Delayed or Missing Packages

If your shipment appears delayed, lost, or marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact us so we can review the shipment details and assist as appropriate.
