Returns & Cancellations Policy

At Abecta® House, we want you to shop with confidence. This policy explains how returns, cancellations, refunds, and damage claims are handled. Please review it carefully before placing your order.


30-Day Return Policy

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns must:

  • Be requested within 30 days of delivery
  • Be in new, unused condition
  • Be in original packaging
  • Include all original parts and materials

Return eligibility may vary by product type. Please review the product page for any item-specific return restrictions before purchasing.


Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective:

  • Closeout or clearance items
  • Discontinued merchandise
  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Items marked “Final Sale” on the product page

These exclusions are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.


Return Authorization (RMA Required)

Before returning any item, you must contact us to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

Returns sent without an approved RMA may be refused.

RMA approvals:

  • Are valid for 14 days from issuance
  • Include the authorized return address
  • Must be shipped only to the designated return facility

Returns may not be sent to our Las Vegas business office, as that location cannot process returns.


Return Shipping & Fees

For non-defective returns:

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
  • A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply depending on the manufacturer or supplier return policy. Any applicable restocking fee will be disclosed during the return authorization process.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If an order originally qualified for free shipping and is returned for reasons other than damage, defect, or shipping error, the actual outbound shipping cost incurred by Abecta House may be deducted from the refund.

Any applicable deductions will be disclosed during the return authorization process.


Refunds

Once a returned item has been received, inspected, and approved (when supplier authorization is required), a refund will be issued to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking fees, outbound shipping charges, or other authorized deductions. Refund processing typically occurs within 2 business days after approval. Please allow additional time for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.

Store credit will only be issued if:

  • A refund is not available due to the nature of the return, or
  • The customer expressly agrees to receive store credit.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can determine whether cancellation is still available.

Orders may be canceled if they have not yet shipped.

Once an order has shipped or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation may no longer be possible.

Custom or special-order items may not be eligible for cancellation.

A cancellation is not confirmed until you receive written confirmation from Abecta House.


Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery so we can assist with a damage claim.

To process a damage claim, we require:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of all packaging materials
  • Photos of shipping labels

Please retain all original packaging until the claim is resolved.

Approved damage claims may result in a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.


Defective Items

If you believe an item is defective, please contact us for assistance.

Many products sold by Abecta House are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. Resolution methods may include replacement parts, repair, replacement of the item, or refund where applicable.
