Overview
California Proposition 65, officially known as the Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act of 1986, requires businesses to provide warnings to California consumers about potential exposure to chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. The purpose is to help Californians make informed decisions about the products they purchase.
WARNING
Some products sold on this website can expose you to chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. For more information, go to

2025 Compliance Update
In accordance with updated regulations effective January 1, 2025, short-form warnings for products manufactured after this date will identify at least one specific chemical by name (e.g., Lead, Phthalates, or Formaldehyde) to provide greater transparency regarding potential risks.

Certain products in our collection, including furniture, home décor, and textiles, may contain materials or finishes that include listed chemicals. Not all products contain listed chemicals. When a warning is required, it is prominently displayed on the Product Display Page (PDP) or provided with the product packaging before purchase.
Additional Information
A Proposition 65 warning does not mean a product is unsafe or violates any safety standards; it is a "right-to-know" disclosure. To learn more about specific chemicals or how to reduce exposure, please visit the official OEHHA website:
