Shipping & Delivery
Eligible orders ship free within the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states). Most in-stock items ship within 1–5 business days from supplier warehouses, distribution centers, or authorized fulfillment partner locations.
Order processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Most orders are delivered within approximately 2–12 business days after an order is placed, although actual delivery times may vary depending on product availability, destination, and carrier conditions.
- Parcel Transit Time: Standard ground shipments typically arrive within 1–7 business days after shipment via UPS, FedEx, USPS, or other reputable carriers.
- Delivery Time: Transit times are estimates. Delivery times may vary based on destination, carrier service levels, weather conditions, holidays, and other factors beyond our control.
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking activity may not appear immediately as carriers may require time to scan the shipment.
- Delivery Inspection: Please inspect your order promptly upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or has missing parts, notify us as soon as reasonably possible. For visible shipping damage, we recommend reporting the issue within 48 hours and retaining all original packaging to assist with carrier or supplier claims.
- Delivery Refusal: Please do not refuse damaged shipments unless instructed by our customer support team, as refusal may delay damage claim resolution and replacement processing.
Returns & Cancellations
Most new, unused products may be returned within 30 days of delivery after receiving an approved Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), subject to the policy below.
- Product Exchanges: We do not offer direct item exchanges. If you prefer a different product, please process a return for your original order following our standard policy and place a new order online.
- Restocking Fee: A standard restocking fee of 20% applies to approved non-defective returns.
- Return Shipping: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility for non-defective returns. Original outbound shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from verified shipping damage or a manufacturer defect.
- Return Condition: Returned items must be in new, unused condition and include the original packaging, manuals, accessories, hardware, and all supplied components.
- Refund Processing: Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, typically within 2 business days after the returned merchandise has been received, inspected, and approved. For approved non-defective returns, the standard 20% restocking fee is deducted from the refund. Store credit is only issued if explicitly requested or agreed to by the customer.
- Order Cancellations: Cancellation requests may be accommodated before an order enters the fulfillment process. Once an order has entered fulfillment or a tracking number has been issued, cancellation or modification may no longer be possible.
Non-Returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to hygiene, customization, safety, or manufacturer restrictions:
- Closeout or clearance merchandise
- Discontinued products
- Custom-made or special-order items
- Mattresses, pillows, bedding, and certain personal-use products
- Products that have been assembled, installed, modified, or used
- Items identified on the product page as Final Sale: Non-Returnable
