Price Match Policy

Abecta® House is committed to offering competitive pricing on our curated selection of home essentials. If you find the same item offered at a lower price by an authorized online retailer, we may be able to review and match that price before you place your order. Price matching is offered at Abecta House’s discretion and is intended to ensure fair and competitive pricing for our customers.

How it works: If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible retailer, contact us before placing your order and we’ll review your request. Price adjustments cannot be applied automatically at checkout and require approval from our team before an order is placed.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical in brand, model number, size, color, and specifications.
• The item must be new, not refurbished, used, open-box, or clearance.
• The competitor must be an authorized online retailer for the brand in question and based in the United States.
• The item must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from the competitor.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
• The competitor’s total delivered price, including any required shipping charges, must be lower than the price offered by Abecta House.

What Is Not Eligible

• Marketplace sellers, auction sites, or third-party marketplace listings
• Closeout, liquidation, or final-sale pricing
• Membership-only, loyalty, coupon-based, or promotional pricing
• Pricing errors or limited-quantity offers
• Services, installation, warranties, or add-ons

How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us before placing your order through our Contact Us page and include:

• The Abecta House item name or SKU
• A direct link to the competitor’s product page
• The competitor’s listed price (including any required shipping costs)

Our team will review your request and respond as quickly as possible. Price match requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed.

Important Notes

Approved price matches apply to the item price only and must be completed prior to checkout. Price matches cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed.

Abecta House reserves the right to deny any price match request at its discretion.

This policy applies only to items sold directly through Abecta House and may be modified or discontinued at any time.
