Price Match Policy

Abecta® House is committed to offering competitive pricing on our curated selection of home essentials. If you find the same item offered at a lower price by an eligible online retailer, we may be able to match that price before you place your order.

How it works: If you find a lower advertised price from an eligible retailer, contact us before placing your order and we’ll review your request. Price adjustments cannot be applied automatically at checkout and require approval before an order is placed.

Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for a price match, all of the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be identical in brand, model number, size, color, and specifications.
• The item must be new, not refurbished, used, open-box, clearance, or final sale.
• The competitor must be an authorized online retailer for the brand and based in the United States.
• The item must be in stock and available for purchase from the competitor.
• The competitor’s price must be publicly advertised and verifiable.
• The competitor’s total delivered price, including any required shipping charges but excluding applicable sales tax, must be lower than the comparable price offered by Abecta House.

What Is Not Eligible

• Marketplace sellers, auction sites, or third-party marketplace listings
• Closeout, liquidation, clearance, or final-sale pricing
• Membership-only or loyalty pricing
• Coupon codes, rebates, or promotional offers that are not available to the general public
• Pricing errors or limited-quantity offers
• Refurbished, used, open-box, or previously owned merchandise
• Services, installation, warranties, or other add-ons

How to Request a Price Match

Please contact us before placing your order through our Contact Us page or email support@abectahouse.com.

Please include:

• The Abecta House item name or SKU
• A direct link to the competitor’s product page
• The competitor’s advertised price
• Any required shipping charges shown by the competitor

We will review the competitor’s offer and verify that the request meets the requirements of this policy. Price match requests are evaluated individually and are not guaranteed.

Approved Price Matches

If a price match is approved, we will provide instructions for completing your purchase at the approved price. The adjustment will be applied to the Abecta House item price before the order is placed.

Competitor shipping charges may be considered when evaluating the competitor’s total delivered price, but the approved adjustment is applied to the Abecta House item price. Applicable sales tax is calculated separately at checkout.

Important Information

• Price matches must be requested and approved before an order is placed.
• Price matches cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders.
• Approval is subject to verification of the competitor, product, availability, price, and other eligibility requirements described above.
• An approved price match cannot be combined with other promotional discounts or offers unless otherwise stated.
• This policy applies only to eligible items sold directly through Abecta House.
• Abecta House may modify or discontinue this policy at any time.
